During my stay at Hub New, I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and all the attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The common areas were cozy and well-designed, especially the chill room at the reception which was a great place to relax. The cleanliness of my room was top-notch, and I appreciated the small touches that made it feel cozy. And let's not forget about the amazing view from the fourth-floor toilet, it was truly breath-taking! I highly recommend Hub New for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the money, it was superb. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. There are people cleaning all the time, and the bathroom area is modern, so it’s very clean; I just think it would be good for the hostel to invest in some bathmats, as people leave the shower area wet and tile is slippery when wet. I also loved the beautiful tile wainscotting and wooden floors - it’s an historic building. And the showers were superb, which is important on hot summer days, with plenty of hot water.
I recommend this hotel.

Fabulous views from our twin private room on the top floor. Big window that could open wide for fresh air and enjoying the view. Location was good, close to tram route and a short walk to many places to eat and drink.
The breakfast provided was very basic and became repetitive after staying for a longer period. Lack of organized events and staff engagement made the experience less enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, situated on a nice avenue with stunning views of the city. Despite being up a hill, it was worth it for the beautiful surroundings. The rooms had good beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, including air conditioning in the shared bathrooms. And to top it off, the included breakfast had a variety of options, including hot drinks to start the day right.
All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

They were friendly, welcoming and provided us with great city advice. the breakfast had plenty of variety with fresh fruit and a plethora of pastries. the location was excellent, with countless attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
The noise level at night was unbearable. Loud music played until the early hours of the morning making it impossible to get a good night's rest.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable for what you get. The hotel is located on a high hill, which gives it a stunning view of the city. The staff were really helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rooms, although with shared bathrooms, were clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included, with hot drinks to start my day.
All was good, no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Sun terrace was a peaceful retreat with stunning views, and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for drinks and socializing. the private facilities were exclusive and added to my overall experience. the breakfast had a great variety of options and the Snack bar was convenient for a quick bite.
The only minor issue was with the TV in my room, as it was difficult to find English channels. Nevertheless, the Entertainment and Public Bath facilities made up for it.

Had a decent time exploring the city during Easter weekend. The hostel’s complementary breakfast and pub crawl tour were great. The location was good, with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The hostel was very noisy at night with drunk guests stumbling around and shouting from the dorms. The bathrooms were cramped and always busy, which was pretty inconvenient.
